At S2 Beauty, we want you to love your order! Since our products areΒ made on demand or dropshipped, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we do accept returns if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Custom or Personalized Products
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping.

How to Initiate a Return
